About to give up.. (Adding Optifine)

Well, For the past hour ive been trying to add optifine to the mod,

i've put the optifine jar in the /mods/ folder and the game shows no optifine,

ive tried OptiFine 1.6.4 HD U C6 and OptiFine 1.6.4 HD U C8 both of them dont load with the game,

ive also edited it ,jar and deleted the meta-inf to see if that work work but it still doesnt.

im on windows 7 64bit

ive put it in the damn mod folder like 10000 times

i used the DL he linked so maybe thats why,
