Great problems. Help required.

I am having massive difficulties using the Technic Launcher. Every time I attempt to open a modpack, a message appears, saying that the pack has failed to open.

 

The message appears as the following (This is just using Tekkit as an example, but it does it to all the modpacks I have):

 

"Error downloading file for the following pack: Tekkit

 

Failed to download http://resources.download.minecraft.net/ad/ad126e435cca94054bf0d616301799a105526cde

 

Please consult modpack author."
