Server Help Someone PLEASE!

I created a server perfectly to play and launch missiles with my friends, but we cant put block that are not vanilla. I can put the normal Minecraft blocks but I cant put the VOLTZ blocks and Items .. I need help please!! I spent a long time trying to fix this, but I didnt find a problem!

Don't use the downloadable server, make your own using the latest forge installer for 1.5.2, then drag the mods from Voltz into it.
