Flan's Mod US and Russian Body Armor obtainable?

Are these craftable or makeable in game?  I've been looking and can't seem to come up with how to make them.  All the mod spotlights just go over the weapons and  I can't find a recipe or anything anywhere.  Anyone know if or how they've obtainable?

It doesn't look like there is a recipe involved.

If you still want it without cheating too much:

 

The armor seems only slightly better than leather armour, so get yourself enough leather to make a full set of leather armour,then spawn in the Spetznaz or Marine armour and get rid of the leather.

they're only in the game because Flan's Mod's Titans requires Flan's Mod Core. Faln's Mod has a reputation for not having a lot of configurable aspects, and one of the things that the Core doesn't allow you to disable is the armour.
