I'm new to running a server, and had a few questions Firstly, what size of server would I need for me, and 1-2 friends to play Technic together? Secondly, where abouts would I start looking to find a server? Thirdly, would I need a special kind of server to run a custom modpack, or will any technic server do? rlego525 Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 For RAM, it depends on how many mods you are going to run, but 1.5GB(1536MB) should be enough. You would just use forge to run a forge server with mods, but if you want bukkit with the forge server, then use MCPC+. For looking for a server, that's up to you and your friends...
