I'm pulling out hair due to frustration I thought i wouldn't worry about the mod - but i can't... i DESPERATELY want this partiular mod :-( Someone please help *whimpers* Quote

They want to use the same block ID which, of course, is not possible, I am afraid I am not sure how I can help. If there is a configuration file for your furniture mod, maybe there are some settings you can make for the block ID. Try and change those, maybe it will work eventually. best regards rover Quote

Someone had to add them toather and change item ids to make them work. I have personally combined hexxit tekkit lite AND FTB unleashed with only like 40 or so item ids to change in total. Its rather simple if you can read and type... You just have to get used to what things work where , why they will, or wont wrk, ect. example: redpower breaks everything except tekkit lite. no rzn just does, dosent mean there aren't like 75 other mods work fine with tekkit lite, as well as bilocraft,m which is obviously the "furniture" mod shes talking about.. The ID conflict still is there, regardless of what you may think. The solution is what Roversword said originally - though you can edit either the mystcraft config or the furniture mod config and change the block id of the conflicting block to an id that isnt being used. A good trick to find them is open tekkit lite in singleplayer and try a number a decent distance from one thats messing up, technically if say 781 wasn't an item that would work, but a plugin usually has a decent list of items to add, so 781 might already be being added the plugin your adding, so try something like 900 > that isnt an item in NEI on Tekkit Lite, and change it to that, and it'll work. Item numbers for plugins are stored in their config files, when you add a mod to your server in the mods folder, you then start the server and it generates a config file, inside the config folder, that can be edited to your liking. Each time you get an item id mismatch, and theirs lots of text it can be hard to find, as you see, i even missed it (though disabling myst would work, by changing the id you dont have to disable anything) Hope that helps you figure out how to get it working. Usually item id conflicts are only thing stopping certain mods from working with others. A few its a coe function and breaks the game.. like redpower lol. HOWEVER anyone wanting redpower feel on ftb and hexxt ect server look into the Project Red mod, its a complete re-write of redpower and works in ftb fine! I finally got to have inverted lights ect in my unleashed xD ONLY item it is missing, is the windmill, as that the visual generation from 1.4.7 to 1.5.2 has changed and they cant get the windmill to work, but the basic box one is there. The block from the jammys furniture mod is "jfm_WoodBlocksTwo" - whatever the hell "WoodBlocksTwo" means is beyond me. As for the Mystcraft block, its the "Lectern". Quote

Change it to something Like 5001 and lunach and you should be good. 5001 should not be occupied by any tekkit lite item. one you do that u will have a working modified tekkit lite Edited August 29, 2014 by oasiscraft Quote

Actually...I'd suggest you change the ID of the mod that you want to add. The mods from the existing modpacks work (as far as I understand it is the original Tekkit Lite). So why change something that works? Isn't it wiser to change the config file of the mod you are adding? So everything stays the same except for a new mod and a new config which does not and did not interfere with every other config which already existed? but well...that is probaly just me Quote
Kalbintion Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Rover, that is generally a better practice if one is going to modify a modpack (as if the person wants to remove the mod to join a server, thered be no additional config editing or a pack reset to get it back to where it should be) - however, the id conflicts may not make 100% sense for what block it has a conflict with and not all configs will show all blocks for IDs but instead go based off of another ID in the config (this often is the case with technical based blocks, like say the upper half of a door) Quote
oasiscraft Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 Roversword If u read the information above u would understand that that the mod she is adding does not have a config file so it is better to modify the mystcraft config cuase that is one she can edit with out having to open the jar archive of the furinture mod and possibally corrupting it Quote
