NEI doesn't show up

I do not have any options or items from NEI when I open my inventory. It was working fine last night. So I'm not quite sure what the problem could be. If you have a solution please let me know.

Try pressing the O key while you have your inventory open.

I have. It's almost as if the mod is removed.

I was holding left shift and I may have misclicked and it reappeared. So if anyone has this problem I guess right clicking with left shift + random keys is the solution. Oh god.
