magma crucible recipe bugged?

I'm running the recommended Tekkit version and it says all the mods are installed. I cannot make a magma crucible. I have all the ingredients as per the wiki. The NEI mod will give me a magma crucible, but I cannot make one on the crafting table. I was able to make a pulverizer and a liquid transposer. Here's a screen shot of the crafting table grid: http://imgur.com/8FskxBh. I'm going to uninstall tekkit and reinstall.

The recipe for a Magma Crucible has changed. You need to replace the bucket with a Leadstone Energy Cell Frame.
