When i place down a block it vanishs

When i was playing with my friend we made a gun mod table and when i placed it down, it vanished.. then i went creative mode, cheated all the bricks and things, they all turnt into the regular block made from it then when i put down some mod things, they vanished. Anyone can tell me whats wrong

Can anyone solve this mystery with mutliplayer not working? In singleplayer it works but in multiplayer it doesnt work... Whats wrong admins

You are using a vanilla server

yep, sounds like a vanilla server...

 

when the server owner runs it, they need to run BTeam.jar, NOT  the minecraft_server.jar.
