Tekkit not launching

Launcher/pack Version: Tekkit Launcher - 0.5.4.9

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Version of Java: No idea, whatever is needed.

Description of Problem: I start tekkit and what looks like it would normally start, it stays white, also, the launcher doesn't leave.

instead of flooding maybe look at other threads and read the sticky threads?

i copy and pasted!!! then filled it in myself! how did i do it wrong!?!??

I fixed it. All i did was went to options and pressed "clear cache" hope that helps others.
