Attack of the B Team won't launch

When I tried to get on my friend's server, it wouldn't work, he told me to delete everything and re-download Technic Launcher, i re downloaded, and it was missing the entire .Techniclauncher folder, which contained the launch folder, i tried deleting everything again, and re downloading, but it still doesn't have all of the files, anyone know how to help, i'm REALLY in need of help. If someone could reply today and help, I'd be thankful.
