Big Dig Server Problem

Ok i was going to play Big Dig with my friend and since i have more RAM i would run the hamachi server. I know how to use Hamachi and i have set up a Voltz server but i got the same error. After i Extracted i ran Launch.batch and this is what i got

 

-Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar BigDig.jar nogui 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

I Get A FML Prolem I Get

 

java.lang.RuntimeException : A fatal error occured and FML can not continue
