Own Linux server - Railcraft doesn't work

I've rent my own Ubuntu server and tried to set up my own tekkit classic server.
But it stoped when initializing the railcraft mod...so i renamed the modfiles as shown in this video.

 

Now the server is working, but if I try to craft some railcraft items the item just appears in the craftingmenu for a milisec and then disappers again and if i try to cheat a railcraft item my mc crashes (same for any other player on the server)

I also opped [railcraft]

Everything works fine in SP.

Can somebody help me?

Is there any error in your server.log?

Oh i forgot about it:
If i try to cheat an item the client gets:

Connection Lost - Internal exepction: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

PS: And another short question...sometimes while mounting the cannon the client gets disconnection with: Flying is not allowed on this server.

Resolved by reinstalling railcraft and adjusting a few configs!
