Server startup issues

Simply put, I'm brand new to setting up servers using a custom modpack, or even in general. I've been searching for hours and any fixes I find don't seem to do anything. That being said, here's the console's log everytime I startup: http://pastebin.com/PDZC04Hi

 

I'm not sure what else to say because quite frankly, I have no idea.
