HELP VOLTZ WONT LOAD

hello all ive been playing voltz for a while no but yesterday it said this

error installing mod pack:voltz

"an error occurred while trying to delete: users_____appdataroaming.technicmodpacksvoltzmodsaping-rv11-

c.zip

please check your system settings"

this was after I uninstalled everything trying to figure out what happened please help
