Technic Launcher Issue

I have a problem with my Technic launcher. When I go to run it, it makes a Technic folder then puts Adobe in the folder then it stays running in the background & does not launch. I have tried everying from reinstalling  java, rebooting the pc, deleting all Technic stuff on my pc then redownloading it.
