project red transportation, stuff are shuffling

I made a transportation system in my house and I put the extractor, broadcaster and receiver chips in my interface pipes and items are shuffling in interface pipes, they are like stuck in the pipes, they are not going into chests. I could send a picture but I don't know how if you could tell me how to put a picture on this thing I would like to know.
