Lag after minions

Hello

 

I'm a french guy so sorry if my english is not very good. 

 

I have a problem with my B Team modpack. I played for some hours and had no problem. I sent some minions to dig holes, mines, etc but the last time i did it, my game started to lag. I have no crash, not any problems with an other world, only this one and just when my minions where digging. I was waiting for them to finish. 
I tried some things like restarting, trying to go away, even delete the minions mods in the modpack. I had no change. If someone could help me.

your minons Dropped everything they mined on the ground, try and go pick up everything, or just wait in the chunk for everything to despawn, OR use MC edit to remove entities

the command /cofh killall item can also be used, however this will remove itemframes
