Crafting table issue

I'm not sure what it's called but the recipe display text box display on the bottom no longer shows up when I open the crafting table.  I'm able to craft a recipe but the the display text box on the bottom where you type in an item and it displays on the right then click an item and it shows the recipe no longer exist.  I created a new world and the problem still exist.  Is there a function key that I hit or do I have to uninstall and reinstall Technic Launcher?

Is it only the box that disappears, or the entire NEI screen?  Try pressing 'O' (the letter, not the number).

weirleader you are the man.  Thanks! Pressing "o" did the trick.  So did I accidently hit "o" some where along the line and it turned the dialog box off?

Chances are yes, O is the NEI toggle key.
