Modpack that my PC can run Smoothly?

Is there a decent modpack like Business Elite but with IC2? 

My PC specs are:

Intel Core i3 CPU (Quad core) (I think)

RAM: 8 Gigabytes

64 bit Windows 7

Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650

 

P.S. For some reason most modpacks are at the Mojang screen and then stops responding. I allow it to use 4 GB of memory.

With those specs you should be able to run just about anything. I have a modpack called JCLite which is basically Tekkit Lite updated to 1.6.4 and is fairly tame on system resources. I know it works well for all of the people that play on my server.
