No error. start it again it repeats. I have repacked it 3 or 4 different times tried unzipping it and placing the flies by hand with no luck Quote

You need to switch over to Forge 1.6.4 build 965 since all your mods are for 1.6.4. You have item ID conflicts between: Metallurgy & Better Storage, Railcraft & HEE Quote
