Hack/Mine won't open

Everytime I open hack/mine it shows me a bar that looks like its downloading a bunch of stuff (normal) and then it closes the page and opens another (also normal for starting up a different mod for minecraft) but then that page closes and I'm put right back to my technic launcher. please help.
