No Packs Will Fully Load!

Hello all. So the last two days I have been unable to fully load any modpack from the Technic Launcher. It will give me the option to choose which modpack I want to play and all but upon choosing any of the modpacks it will start to initialize the files and then stop loading all together. Below is a screenshot of what happens when I load any pack. It will just freeze at that point in loading:

 

 

Now the part where it says "0% Verifying Vecmath-1.3.1.jar." always has something different in it depending on what pack I am trying to load. 

 

I'm using build 439 of the launcher and the pack I am really trying to play is Attack of the B-Team 1.0.11a but it won't launch any version of any pack.

 

I have tried completely uninstalling the launcher and deleting the .technic folder but that didn't work. Like i said this has only been happening for the last two days now. Before that I had no problem loading anything on the Technic Launcher. Any help I get on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
