Repairing /world/

If I am posting this in the wrong spot, I am deeply sorry and pls have mercy.  I recentlty had to move my server to a different dedicated host due to errors.  When I transfered in my server, half the world's chunks had reset.  Can anyone lead me to a spot where I can fix this, Im pretty sure my people wont stay on if the lose everything.

Unless you have a valid backup of the region files in which those chunks reside then no, there is no way to get them back.
