NEI Plugins doesn't work

I have been playing Attack of the B-Team for a few days with no problems, but earlier today when I went to my inventory, NEI wasn't there. There were no items on the right side, and the saves and options on the left side were gone. Also my mini map on the top right corner is gone, if that is part of NEI or if that helps. Please help with how to fix it because I don't know how and I don't remember how to craft certain items, like the null logic chip in ProjectRed. I am really stuck right now without NEI, so if you know how to  fix it please help me.

there's another hotkey -- can't remember what...  maybe N ?  Check the key bindings

N for minimap (a few times)
