Error to play MODpacks

I've tried to play 3 different mod packs and each time it gets to  0%de_DE.lang I get this Error:

 

Error downloading file for the following pack:

Failed to download http:resources.download.minecraft.net/e3/e37d3ab28ec7acc17337da3d4a4fe4dd0642aac5

Please consult modpack author.

 

If anyone has any answers please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
