Mod Pack Download Problems

Hi, I have been trying to play the Ultra Modded Survival pack and every time I try to load it I get an error message that says that Liteloader cannot be installed. My friends say its because i have windows 8.1 but im not sure. I have also had troubles playing the other packs like Tekkit and Attack of the B team. Any answers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you can't play Technic's packs: post on the Tracker.

 

Custom packs like Ultra Modded is not our responsibility, you need to contact the modpack author.

 

If you wish to get help here, however, you will need to post the technic log

Error logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window.
If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs

Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.
