Open Blocks - Item Dropper consuming 1 item then dropping the rest.

My open block item dropper is consuming 1 item in the stack and then dropping the rest.

 

For example:

 

I stick 1 stick in it and nothing drops but the stick gets removed.

 

Ok.

 

So I stick 2 sticks in it and 1 drops and I have an empty inventory.

 

Ok....

 

So I stick 3 sticks in and I have 2 drop.

 

fine...

 

 

So I stick 1 stone and 3 sticks and only 2 sticks drop...

 

 

Is this an issue for the tracker? Cause I don't have any logs for this.
