Custom Modpack acting like Vanilla.

So I created a modpack for technic for my own uses, but whenever I load up the pack it doesn't say anything about mods installed in the bottom left on the title screen, also when I created a world NEI wasn't there in my inventory.

Your modpack.jar file should be in a subfolder named "bin".
