So my modpack for 1.7.2 wasent working so I erased everything except pixelmon and was gonna build from there.. I was building off my 1.6.4 build and I replaced forgemultipart and added the 1.7.2 minecraft.jar and everything but im not really understanding why its not loading. In the console I get this:

There is a binary descrepency between the expected input class aa (aa) and the actual class. Checksum on disk is b8704f9b ... (continues on)
The game is going to exit because this is a critical error, and it is very improbable that the modded game will work, please obtain clean jar files.

Im a bit at my wits end and just kind of tired of this x.x.. anyone have any suggestions for me? Its probably something very obvious that im just not seeing.

  • Your bin folder should ONLY contain the folders: bin, config, mods. One does not typically include a resource pack in the archive as it considerably increases the size and some people can't use them.
  • The bin folder should only contain the modpack.jar file. All other files should be removed.
  • Your modpack is set to be a 1.7.2 pack, but you have Forge 1.6.4 as your modpack.jar file.
  • Your Forge Multipart jar has "(1)" in the filename. That should be fixed/removed.
