My own Modpack crash

I recently made a modpack for minecraft 1.6.4.http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/safwefysf.431812 When trying to run it, I get to the Mojang screen and then it crashes. I tried reading the crash report but do not understand it. Any help?

This line:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 3972 is already occupied by resonant.lib.multiblock.BlockMultiBlockPart@128d0580 when adding micdoodle8.mods.galacticraft.core.blocks.GCCoreBlockAluminumWire@1a95df8b

states that Resonant Engine mod is conflicting with Galacticraft mod for block ID #3972. You will need to edit the config file of one or the other mod and change the ID to something different/unused.
