How to create a modpack + Server?

How do I create a modpack with theTreecapitator mod specifically? I've tried mutiple things, all in vain, I've spent hours trying to do this, and I'm not even going to try to write down all the errors/ ways I've tried to do this.

 

I'm on Win 8 64bit OS, can someone give me a tutorial on how to make a modpack and a server for the modpack from stratch? And how to specifically add Treecapitator. It confuses me about the Client only mods or whatever, I'm just very confused.

 

The mods I want to put on my server/modpack are:

 

Rei'sMinimap mod

Tinker's Construct

Treecapitator

Backpack mod

Furniture mod

Carpenter's mod

 

All on minecraft 1.7.2 or 1.7.10.

 

I'm not asking you to create the modpack for me and give me a download link, I would like someone to teach me how so I can know how to do it myself if I want to add more mods to the server/modpack.

You could use my BareBonesPack as the base for building your own modpack:

 

Build your client pack and come back if/when you are prepared to make a server.
