New Pack?

Can someone make a new LOTR pack with some really good battle mods and adventure mods like Battle gear and all the basics like NEI or something. All the current ones are super crappy and the only one i think is decent doesnt even have a server DL for me to play with my friends. So if someone could make one that would be great and i would play the hell out of it.
