Custom Modpack Loads as vanilla

Well you see, I have been playing this pack for a bit, then just a while ago, I redownloaded the pack, and now, when I open it up, its vanilla. I do not own this modpack, however I am not sure if its my launcher or the modpack as my friends can use it fine. The modpack is http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/digglenation.

In this case, yes, the pack is fundamentally broken. It is fairly easy to fix, but it's not a 1-step process.
