Unable to add new mods to a premade mod pack

We hosted a new server under tekkit (http://www.technicpack.net/tekkit) and wanted to add more mods, but none of them added will work. We are hosting with mineocity and using their FTP server to add the mods under mods AND plugins subfolder, neither of which work. Any help or ideas?

Well, you got half way here. As I mentioned previously, you'll need to provide a link to your modified client Technic modpack page or the API URL for same. A crash report would go a long way as well.
