Modpack is vanilla and can't work out why!

Hey Could anyone help me work out my my modpack is always vanilla, I have followed the steps on the forums to no avail! Here is my API URL:

Your modpack.jar file is incorrect. The binmodpack.jar file is simply the Forge universal binary JAR file renamed to "modpack.jar".

I copied it from my versions folder in my .MineCraft folder, which one should I use? Thanks for your help

No, you go to the Forge download site and download the latest universal JAR binary for 1.7.2 (1147): http://files.minecraftforge.net/
