I cant play Attack of the b-team or minecraft!

I have never had this problem before, i just keep getting an fatal error message by the java runtime environment this happens every time i try to play single player or on a server.

Also i deleted both my .minecraft and .technic and the launcher for technic launcher and redownloaded it and it still not working! Please help
