Forge to Technic Minecraft Vanilla?

Hi, can I Install Forge to Technic Vanilla? Asking this becouse my normal Minecraft doesnt just work. I have been playng around mods and forge before but I want know how I install forge to Vanila Minecraft in Technic Launcer if I can.

To what point and purpose?
As far as I know (and should I be wrong, somebody will be along shortly, I'm sure), Forge does nothing but allow mods to cooperate.

 

If Minecraft Vanilla doesn't run, Minecraft with Forge doesn't run either.

 

Anyway, Vanilla Minecraft is available in the launcher. Adding Forge to it should be as easy as following the instructions for it.

What instructions and where? And almost every mod needs Forge to work. The technic launcher's vanilla work but my original minecraft doesnt.

You should've said. I thought you were hoping Forge would fix Minecraft for you.

 

Yes. You can mod the vanilla on the launcher.

I know how to install forge but does it only install it for original minecraft?

The Forge installer only installs into the vanilla launcher.  If you want to play a custom set of mods, you can use that launcher, or something like MultiMC which lets you manage Forge and mods pretty easily.  You could also just use one of Technic's own packs in their launcher and swap out mods with what you want or take out what you don't need.  It's all pretty versatile.
