Why Aren't Any Of The Modpacks Working?

I'm trying to get The Diamond Dimensions modpack, but whenever I paste the URL the DD modpack tab shows up, and when I click on it to play, it says this:

without a log nobody can help you

 

If Technic's packs don't work ( Hexxit, Tekkit, Attack of the B-team) then make a report on the Tracker
