My modpack failed to download

So this is my first time making a modpack using the technicpack website. I've gone through all of the steps in creating my modpack, uploaded the ZIP to dropbox. When I try to install the modpack, it fails to download the ZIP.

Every other modpack downloads perfectly fine, why does mine not want to work?

• Your download link is not "direct". That dropbox link needs to have "?dl=1" appended to it (without quotes).
• Creating a modpack without config files is always bad.

Yeah with dl=1 it says my link is invalid... I had to keep it that way

Note that it says "?dl=1" not "dl=1". There is a question mark in there.
