Tekkit server halfs r/f flow

Not sure if anyone else has ever had this problem, but the server me and a friend run/play on has an issue where if you use a redstone energy cell it out puts 1000 rf or less and a resonate energy cell outputs 5000 or less and can't seem to find out why or how to fix it. (using redstone energy conduit)

 

Testing in singlepalyer it seems to work fin. Pls help.

Please take all issues to the tracker, following the template. The devs won't look at the issue otherwise.

Do you mean it only outputs 1k or 5k in the GUI? Did you try checking the tps?
