TL takes ages to open, the "TECHNIC LAUNCHER" logo always covers everything else

So, yeah

Every time I start the TL it first shows me this "TECHNIC LAUNCHER" logo that covers everything else

and it takes AGES to start the game.

Oh, also it always starts lagging out of nowhere, wich means I always have to restart TL, sooooo

FREAKIN' LONG TIME 'TILL I CAN PLAY!

Please fix this

get a better computer, my omega craptop starts technic launcher in about ten seconds, and on tiny or small render distance, has no lag while playing Hack/Mine, on singleplayer.
