I watched a tutorial and it said to use dropbox but i didnt pay for the public folder but i did on a place pretty much the same. Its called OneDive. But when i put the moded stuff into the public folder and got the URL it said it was invalid when i tried to put it in as a modpack. DropBox works fine, you just have to share individual files instead of entire folders. This can be done with the free account. copy.com works fine as well.
