Spoutplugin is needed for recipemanager but dosnt work on sever

I recently got the new 2.11 server and everything works great except for the spoutplugin which I had to get so recipmanager would work and I would be able to craft all the items in tekkit. everytime I start up the server I get a severe error saying is spoutplugin up to date even though i have the recommneded build. Please help.

First off: You don't need spout. You only need spout for custom fuels in recipe manager. Everything else works fine without spout.

Secondly: You're probably using the wrong version of spout. Get the right version for the version of bukkit in tekkit and then it'll stop yelling at you. It's pretty simple. Match version numbers.
