no one responded because it was a horrible post. it contained next to no useful information other than the fact that it was a broken and a picture that proves it's broken.

imagine if a friend came to you, very upset and asking for help. when asked what happened he will only say, "omg i have such a huge problem!" but that is all. do you think you'd be able to help them? no, of course not because he hasn't told you anything useful that might help you help him. same thing when you come to the forum and basically say, "it's broke!"
