Launcher wont work

looking at the forum i see this is a big problem.

im running windows 7 64bit

java is up to date.

i did have mcafee anti virus through bt net protect and read that this could be thre problem so i removed the av to replace it with another.

i tried to run the launcher when my computer did not have any av on it and it still wont work.

like everyone else i get a window saying checking launcher version and thats it.

what can i do to get it working?

you can start by using the full report format.

and for abut 1/2 a secon it will say "Checking Launcher Version"

i have and up to date java 64 bit

i have no antivirus install (just uninstalled them)

i have no clue what to do please help?

You have a duck in your computer, you need to call your local IT Guru to get it out.

Ok. What you need to do is two things. First off, dont post on other peoples bug topics. Make your own. Second, Use the right report format.
