Question

I am on Ubuntu Linux, version 11.10

The "Use Latest LWJGL" checkbox is disabled, so I can't check to see if its up to date.

When I launch Technic SSP, Tekkit, Hack Slash Mine, or any of the other mod packs, i get a white screen. I have waited 30 minutes for it to gather itself (because sometimes on SPOUT it takes a while too) but to no avail, please help.

Love,

A dedicated minecrafter.

Ooh, do tell us some more about how much of a burden it is to get things for free.

When there is whitescreen there also generally is an error log. Now go read the sticky about reporting bugs and make a proper post so people might actually be able to help you.

Wait, so you had to ACTUALLY update a dependency yourself? Oh the huge manatee! Surely your plight is so great as to move the hearts and souls of gods themselves!

You seem to have an issue with your image tags. There needs to be a / in there somewhere...

I snipped his tag because we don't post memes here. They discourage creative thought.

Ah. Got it. Regardless of the fact that he said it was a meme, it's a meme I've never seen, and it was funny to look at. Once. I can see how they might get irritating if posted all the time. Some of the rage faces are funny if the text is creative, but...most of the time it's not.
