No tekkit items exist on server? "no such item"

Launcher/pack Version: 1.0.1.3 Tekkit

Operating System: Windows Vista

Version of Java: Java 7

Description of Problem: Cannot spawn or craft tekkit items, and tekkit items did not load into world. (batteries, solar panels, treetaps, everything tekkit related)

Error Messages: "no such item"

^ Last time I started the server up. It seems like it starts up fine, but when in game tekkit items aren't in the game at all! I can see them listed in creative mode and toomanyitems, but cannot spawn them in. If I spawn it in using creative I get kicked. when I try to spawn it in using /give or toomanyitems I get "no such item" in the chat log.

I have a feeling it may have something to do with multicraft control panel, since that is the only way I am able to start the server on my vps. In multicraft I have all the server files placed in /root and the Tekkit.jar in /root/jar/(tekkit.jar here) .. I have tried placing all the mod files in the /jar folder as well with no luck..

The server works perfectly fine on my own computer, items and all. The server files were transferred to the vps via filezilla and the server runs fine other than majority of the mods not working..

If all else fails, are there any vps' that will host my tekkit server for me? I'd preferably like to access SSH account and have full control over the server files and all that. The vps I'm currently on is shared hosting sadly :/ not sure if that would have anything to do with this though. Any help is appreciated!

Sounds like its running a vanilla server. Does your service even run bukkit servers? If so, rename the tekkit.jar to craftbukkit.jar and see if that changes things.
