I play 1.7.10 fine, BUT when i play a Technic 1.7.10 this follows

So I can play vanilla minecraft fine, any version. But when I install forge and play 1.7.10 forge or any technic 1.7.10 pack the menu screen looks like this

Have you attempted to resize the window while it is like that? Most of the time I have had this happen it is due to it not having the correct window size while it attempted to load (went from a smaller window to maximized for example).

ive tried that and resetting java and mc, idk what to do, its only modded versions, but i play 1.6.4 modded versions fine

Shameless bump/double post, DOES any one know anything about this or how to fix?

Some help at minecraft forum got it done!! this argument was the trick -Dforge.forceNoStencil=true
