i have had this problem for over a week now and have spent a long time troubleshooting and i have contacted steam for support but they are incredibly slow i have had this problem with Microsoft flight simulator, Norton 360 interface, steam, technic launcher and Photoshop

The problem is that when i open some programs they close shortly after opening and says there is a error or doesnt open at all i have checked event viewer and it says the error has to do with ntdll.dll
Steam is related because it is a program which is having a problem

Steam have their own support site, as well as Norton has theirs.
